Mani was extremely helpful in showing us over 30 homes and explaining the details of each builder and the specifics of each area. Over the course of a few weeks, we worked with Mani on selecting a home in Serrano. Mani also offered to work with us on choosing upgrades and design details and was great at following up with us after the purchase of our home. He also kept in touch until we moved in, November 2003.

My husband and I are fairly new to California. We knew nothing of Sacramento, or of where we might like to live, until we came across Mani's website. We contacted Mani and he helped us with a rental home.

We gave Mani a call as soon as we decided we were ready to buy. He walked us through the California home-buying process, answered all of our questions, and helped us out by speaking directly with our financier on a regular basis.
